We are proud to announce the launch of a brand new service exclusive to GlobeSailor clients: choose and book the skipper of your choice for your cruise!
⛵️ We select the best skippers, all professional & certified, and guarantee their services with 100% insurance (multi-risk damage and navigational liability guarantee up to €1,000,000).
👍 We also cover loss of use in case of a shortened cruise due to the skipper.
👨💻 Depending on your wishes and your crew, we will send you profiles of available skippers, which you will also be able to provide a review for upon your return.
Boat deposit: GlobeSailor has you covered!
Also a first, for your skippered yacht charters, we invite you to pay only a reduced deposit and GlobeSailor will guarantee the difference to the shipowner. No more need to deposit a deposit of several thousand euros at the base, despite the presence of a skipper on board. We offer a one-off franchise buy-back and a single reduced deposit of 500€ for boats under 40 feet, and 1,000€ for boats over 40 feet. This amount is necessary to hold the crew on board responsible and to cover any minor damage to the boat and/or its equipment.
